It is also possible to request an electronic handbrake that is supposed to help with controlled skidding. The Dark Horse model, on the other hand, will be a true race car primed for track driving with a Coyote engine even more powerful than the other models.
In addition, future buyers will have the choice of a six-speed manual transmission or a ten-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle will be available with a classic roof or a convertible.
Inside, Ford has done everything to bring the Mustang into the future with a 13-inch curved screen that will serve as a multimedia center. It will be possible to control the GPS, the radio and the air conditioning of the vehicle.
For this upcoming lineup, Ford has planned five unique models: EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, GT, GT Premium and Dark Horse.
Pricing is not yet finalized, but the EcoBoost model is expected to start at $30,000, the EcoBoost Premium at $35,000. The GT is expected to go for $40,000, the GT Premium for $45,000 and the Dark Horse is expected to be available starting at $58,000. Of course, the price difference between the Dark Horse and the other models is due to a more powerful engine, a unique design and features that Ford has not revealed at this time.
