Announced in 2019, the latest generation of the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 made its debut at the North American Auto Show in Detroit. She has made a lot of fans and purists talk about her new transmission. Why? Because for the first time, it had an automatic transmission. However, we are not talking about a standard automatic transmission. This is the TR-9070. The transmission has been designed by the much appreciated and famous company Tremec, who have also manufactured many amazing transmissions. One of them is found in the *Track Machine* that is the Mustang Shelby GT350, in the latest version of the Mustang GT Mach-One and the very new Mustang GT Dark Horse. This 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, coupled with the powerful 5.2L supercharged V8 Predator, allows the Shelby GT500 to complete the 1⁄4 mile in less than 11.5 seconds. No need to go to the roller coaster, every small piece of road becomes an opportunity for adrenaline.
